Escalation Ladder
The escalation schedule is configurable. These are prototype defaults for review.

Senior Pastor + AdministrationBoth receive the escalation together. The originally assigned person remains responsible and continues receiving overdue reminders.
Approved Bethel 360° escalation policy: New Guest and New Convert Administration is jointly assigned to Jacqueline Jenkins and Suzeana Stewart. When an overdue action reaches the configured escalation threshold, both Senior Pastor and Administration are notified. The originally assigned person remains responsible for completing the action.

Operating rule: Notifications follow responsibility. Ministry assignments go to the selected authorized leader, not to every leader in that ministry. Administrative events route to Administration. Escalation to Senior Pastor + Administration occurs only when the configured escalation threshold is reached.
BETHEL 360° • SECURITY GOVERNANCE
Security Protocol
The required protection sequence for every Bethel 360° user, record, action, and document.
AUTHENTICATE • AUTHORIZE • PROTECT • AUDIT
1. AuthenticationVerified account sign-in through Supabase Auth or another approved identity provider. No anonymous access to protected pathway data.
2. Session ValidationValidate the active session on each protected load/request. Expired or revoked sessions must return the user to sign-in.
3. Role AuthorizationResolve every approved active role for the signed-in user. Multi-role users retain the combined permissions of their approved roles.
4. Row Level SecuritySupabase RLS controls which records can be read, created, updated, assigned, or completed. RLS is authoritative.
5. Action PermissionVerify permission for the requested action: view, edit, assign, complete, add notes, report access, or security administration.
6. Audit LoggingRecord user, action, record/person, prior state, new state, date/time, and relevant security event for sensitive changes.
7. Protected DocumentsGuest/Convert cards and confidential documents must use controlled storage links, never unrestricted public links.
8. Monitoring & ReviewReview inactive users, failed access, role changes, unusual activity, and access assignments on a recurring basis.

Unauthorized AccessDeny the request, expose no protected data, and log the attempted access.

Sensitive ChangeRole changes, security settings, reassignment, archival, and other sensitive changes require an audit trail.
